Social Anxiety

Did you know 7% to 13% of people in the population are affected by social anxiety.
It is one of the most common anxiety disorders out there. People that are affected by social anxiety always tend to get uncomfortable and very nervous in social situations. They always feel like they are in the spot light and they are concerned they will do something humiliating or embarrassing or that other people will think badly of them.

Some people will fear some social situations and and feel very comfortable in others.
For example some people can talk and preform in front of a large crowd or audience, but get very anxious when it comes to meeting new people and making small talk.
Some might only fear one situation such as speaking in front of large crowds of people while others avoid and fear a variety of social situations.
